Brazil’s SportyNet to air two Serie A matches a week
August 12 – Brazilian sports content platform SportyNet will show Serie A next season through a sub licence deal, adding one of Europe’s grand old leagues to its offering.
Via a tie up with ESPN, Serie A’s main Brazilian rights holder, SportyNet will air 76 matches from the 2026/27 campaign, two per game week. Those games will appear free on the SportyNet YouTube channel as well as on its pay TV platform, while Disney owned ESPN and Disney+ carry all 380 matches live.
It builds on SportyNet’s growing Italian coverage. Last season it aired all 41 Coppa Italia games for Brazilian fans, and will do so again in 2026/27, along with the Supercoppa Italiana. The first Serie A match on SportyNet will be Udinese against Como on August 22.
The Brazilian connection runs deep, with well known names contracted to Serie A clubs including Ederson at Atalanta and Douglas Luiz at Juventus.
SportyNet’s director of strategy and new business, Julia Rossi, emphasised that bond, saying: “Serie A holds a special place in the hearts of Brazilians and is one of the most followed competitions in world football,” she said, describing the deal as “another step in SportyNet’s strategy to connect the Brazilian public to the biggest football championships in the world, expanding access to the sport through free broadcasts on YouTube.”
The free to air broadcast widens Serie A’s access rather than locking the league behind a paywall.
Serie A has been busy on the rights front lately, with Zee Entertainment ending an Indian blackout earlier this month and DAZN extending across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Domestically, rights sit with DAZN and Sky Italia.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
